1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the jill88 platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player", "User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. 3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on jill88. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. jill88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

You must notify jill88 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. jill88 reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jill88 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jill88 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as listed on the Platform from time to time.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your jill88 account wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jill88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as displayed on the Platform.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. jill88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the jill88 account. jill88 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Anti-Money Laundering: jill88 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All transactions are monitored. jill88 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation without prior notice.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jill88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on jill88 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers in a professional studio environment. Game outcomes are determined independently of any action by jill88 staff.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, jill88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the player's account. jill88's decision in such matters is final. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available on request.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jill88 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jill88 staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jill88 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of jill88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jill88.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jill88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if jill88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jill88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jill88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.

10. Privacy & Data

jill88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on jill88 , you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jill88 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is processed for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

11. Responsible Gaming

jill88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion. • A player fails to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• A player is found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require jill88 to do so.

Upon termination for cause, jill88 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, verified balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jill88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jill88 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the Platform. Your continued use of jill88 following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of jill88 shall first be referred to jill88's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
